Spotify Family

So i'm currently on my mums spotify account who is the owner of the spotify family! For some reason under her account there is no way to add members, see who is linked to the account or any other details. 

All it states is that she is on family premium and to refer to the owner of the account. When I am on the owners account? Can somebody pease help me add myself to the family account?

Do you have the same issue if you clear your browser's cache and cookies and log out and back in?
