Hello,

I have started my Spotify Family today, but my family can't join the account because the country is Monaco  (i did'nt choose Monaco), but I live in France... 

I changed the details in the account when we pay, but it still not work

Moreover, before I've got a family premium, but I wanted to delete my facebook profile, so I dissociate the email from my spotify profile, and create a new acount, but I asked to have my playlists but I have no answer..

What are the solutions? I can't stop the subscription, and do it again, they will take another time 14,99 euros?

If you're not using a VPN to access your internet, I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.

 

There are a few ways to contact them. One is filling out the online contact form.

 

Another great way is to reach Spotify via Twitter - just send them a Direct Message @SpotifyCares.

 

You can also use the Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares.

 

When you message them, inform all the e-mail addresses on the plan.
