Spotify Hulu Account Connected but still Can't Watch

I successfully connected my Spotify account to my Hulu account and watched Hulu shows for a couple months with the account. However, recently, my Hulu account has not been working.

It says on my Account page I am being billed through Spotify on the limited commercials plan, and I have verified with Hulu support that I have a paid for account, but whenever I try to watch anything, on any device, it prompts me to do a free trial or subscribe.

I have already spoken with Hulu support, and they told me you all should be able to fix it.

This is also happening to me, and I've reached out to Hulu and Spotify and nobody will help me fix the issue.
