My Question or Issue
When I opened my Spotify yesterday, it said I had to add a new payment method or my premium would stop working. I've been using Premium for family for a year now without any trouble - we all live in the same house aswel. When I clicked the notification I was not able to choose Spotify premium for family anymore, only the student and normal €10,- version. If I go to the premium for family website and try it through there it says I'm not eligible for the subscription, can anyone explain why this is suddenly happening? I also wasn't charged by Spotify this month.
