Plan: Premium for Family
My Question or Issue
Dear people at Spotify,
I've been subscribed on the Premium for Family plan for a long time now and everything worked perfectly until today. I don't have access to Premium anymore since today. I guess this is because the last invoice didn't get through (I had a charge back); however, I would like to pay the pending amount and get back to Premium but I just don't know how. Will Spotify try to charge the pending amount? Should I transfer the money myself? And where to? My Spotify account site is not really helpful here. It just says: get Premium. But I already have it! I just need to pay for it. But as I said before, I don't know what's the desired procedure here.
Please help me.
