Spotify cancelled a lot of account on premium for family

I have "premium for family" account. And i invited my wife, sister and mother to it. But spotify cancelled "premium for family" for my mother and my wife. i tried a few times by another mail adresses. But it doesnt work. Why has it been cancelled?
