Plan: Premium for family
Device: Phones: iPhone 7, Samsung galaxy s9+
Laptops: Lenovo x1 extreme, Lenovo T430)
(Windows 10, Android version 9, IOS 12.4.1)
My Question or Issue
I own a premium for family account and we have heos at home. I can connect to all of the heos speakers with spotify connect, but all the family accounts can't see any of the heos speakers or any other speakers for that matter. A month a go this still worked why doesn't it work now?
I tried this on 4 different devices and on every single one of them, my account could see and control the speakers and on the family accounts I couldn't even see the speakers...
This makes zero sense to me. What to do???
