Spotify family payment blocked by vodacom

My Question or Issue

I can't pay for spotify premium family using my card... everytime I get redirected to the vodacom payments screen.

Why can't I just pay with my card... it all started after a payment failed. Now I'm stuck...

UPDATE: Nevermind my payment went through. Still a pain since I couldn't change payment details.

If you aren't able to upgrade your plan to Premium Family it's possible you're experiencing an issue we're currently investigating. We suggest you go to this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well. 

It'll also be useful to subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.
