Spotify family premium account for family member who living in different city

Dear spotify members! I need your support about spotify family plan specifications. I have a sister and I want to her use spotify premium but she lives in different city. I checked spotify family rules but the conditions are inconvenient for me because we live in different city. Should I pay money one more too for my sister. Or do you have better solutions?

Unfortunately, you can only access Spotify Premium for Families if you currently reside in the same address. However, you can always check other Premium offers here.
