Spotify family removal

My friend, that manage the Spotify premium family, have received a mail indicating that my account was not confirmed (our account, as is written, doesn't have the same address.. don't know how it's possible!) and that in a week I could have been removed from the family. Now I am without subscription to premium family, while she is trying to send me another mail for the activation: I don't receive any mail for the re-activation!

i have the same problem and i cant invate anyone anymore in the family. When they recieve the email, can not subscribe,  the system is telling them something went wrong. Can you advise how i can add them again? thanks

Actually I do not know ..We could just look forward to another answer to this post from someone alse that can help us!!
