Spotify family

I don't know how but I went from spotify to spotify family. But fortunately, that's what I was looking for ! I've sent invitations to my family members but when they click on the invitation, it says that they are already members. But when I look at my account it says that my invitations have been sent but they is no response yet.  What can I do ? Is this problem occuring because I'm on a trial. Another question: can my little boy be a member (one of my 5 invitees) even if he doesn't have an e-mail ?

In this case I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.

 

There are a few ways to contact them. One is filling out the online contact form.

 

Another great way is to reach Spotify via Twitter - just send them a Direct Message @SpotifyCares.

 

You can also use the Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares.

 

When you message them, inform all the e-mail addresses on the plan.

 

Regarding your son -- every Spotify subscription must contain an e-mail address. I don't know in which country are you, but here's the USA Terms:

 

In order to use the Spotify Service and access the Content, you need to (1) be 18 or older, or be 13 or older and have your parent or guardian’s consent to the Agreements (except as set forth in the chart below), (2) have the power to enter a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws, and (3) be resident in a country where the Service is available. You also promise that any registration information that you submit to Spotify is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to keep it that way at all times.
