Spotify for 13 to 15 year olds

Hello,

I tried to add my kids to my family-account. But I had to notice, that they have to be at least 16 years old.

My kids are oder than 12 and so they are too old for spotify kids. But they are younger than 16. So they are too young for the "adult" version of Spotify.

What shall I do? There should be a solution to this.

In line with Legal obligations Spotify is required to follow local & global laws, as per Spotify's T&Cs. depending on your location it will mention the minimum age for Spotify users. 

At the moment you'll need to enter a date of birth that meets the required age to use Spotify, in order to sign up for an account. Spotify Kids is still launching across markets therefore the Spotify teams are currently looking at implementing a way for parents to be able to give consent through the app however there is no further information on this right now.
