The family plan verifications are ridiculous. Members of my family got kicked off the family plan, despite living on the same physical address, and despite me paying the plan for the past 4 years. Apparently for not clicking on some link in an email that probably got rightfully sent to the spam folder. And it seems  I can't add them again using their current accounts!!! If you have trouble trusting your customers adding only family members, then change your policy, but this is getting absurd, and I am seriously considering dumbing this service...

I read through your post, and I'm very sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Premium. I'm 100% certain that I or Spotify doesn't like to hear when others have issues with their service.

 

I'll be happy to help you out here to see what can be done. Could you tell me how often the members on your plan get kicked off? Is there any error message showing? Please share with me some more details so you and I can try to resolve this.
