Spotify just kicked my wife out of my family plan.

Hi there. I got my Premium account for family a while ago but Spotify just kicked my wife out of my account. In the email that came from spotify says "you must live at the same adress". But the thing is, our surnames are the same, our legal address is the same and we did all the confirmations. I need urgent solution about this situation.
