Spotify kicked my father out of my Family Plan

My Question or Issue

 Hi there. I got my Premium for family a while ago when I was out of the country so I asked a friend to help me get the account. I am using my family plan with my brother yet a few weeks ago I invited my father into my Premium. I am in another city due some work for a while and my Spotify just kicked my father out of my account. (P.S I still live with my father and brother.) Our surnames are the same, our legal address is the same and we did all the confirmations. I want my belovedd father back in my Family plan 😞

You mention that you subscribed to Premium for Family when you were out of the country. This could mean that the country in your account, does not match the country of your fathers account. It's important that you are at your home address when you subscribe, and that all users are on the same address when they accept the invitation.

In that case you'll have to cancel and resubscribe when you are all on the same address again.
