Spotify not recognized as Premium in Family Plan

I started using Spotify a week ago and I tried the 7-day premium trial. That day, however, my friend decided to upgrade our accounts to premium and we used her credit card, she listed and accepted me as a member but my account still wouldn't recognize me as premium user. At first I thought it was because of the 7-day trial, so I waited and it has passed the day and still, it is free. When I clicked the go premium button, however, it says that I already have a premium account, also on the browser.
I have tried logging in and out again, reinstalling, rebooting my phone (an android, by the way), still it says my account is free.

In this case, we'd recommend making sure you're logged into your Premium account. You can check here if you have a secondary account.

 

If you're logging in the right account, could you try reinstalling the app? Here's how.
