Spotify pago, mais nao parece o premium no app

Boa Tarde, 

Então tenho plano familiar inclusive pague este mes e recebi o recibo, mas no app diz que nao tem o premium e no meu perfil inclusive tamém parece que nao tenho premium. Como fazer para eles reconhecerem o pagamento??
