Spotify won't accept my family to spotify premium account

Spotify won't accept my family to spotify premium account

Several months ago,  I switched from Spotify Premium to Spotify Family. I invited my three brothers to join. They all accepted and were using it for several weeks. However, I got an email from Spotify saying they couldn't verify two of my brothers live with me. I tried contacting Spotify to ask what address I used as there are several variations. They couldn't divulge this information however. Anyone know how to solve this? Do I invite them again?

Thanks for getting in touch and welcome.

 

These emails are sent as we need to verify your family members' addresses to ensure they're eligible to be part of the plan. They just need to follow the instructions in their email to verify eligibility.

 

If your family members were already removed from the plan, we suggest contacting our team via Facebook or Twitter for further assistance.
