My Question or Issue

I'm trying to invite my father to our Family Premium account. He's received the invite and is asked to provide an address. When we input the address Spotify insists that we don't live in the same place. I've already updated the address on my account, and my father is inputting the same address but Spotify keeps saying he doesn't live in the same address. We've tried this muliple times for the last 2 weeks.

Please fix this and let us input our address.

Finally resolved the issue!

We tried singing in through different devices, incognito windows, etc.
Tried everything on the help page. Spotify still kept insisting that he was
signing in from a different country.

Then we remembered that just last week we experienced a glitch in his
account (possibly a hack?) where the email on his account changed and he
was kicked out. We resolved that issue through Spotify but I guess when
Spotify returned his account to him, they just weren't able to change the
country the account was registered to.

We went into his profile and adjusted the country setting and that fixed
everything.

Is you family member trying to accept the invite from the same device it was sent ?

Have you tried processing the invite using an Incognito webpage ?
