Spotify won't send me the family premium confirmation email

I can't find a button that makes the email get to me, I don't know how to fix this, but I haven't had response in 2 days now, and my familypayed already. Help?

Hey @user-removed, thanks for coming to the Spotify Community!

 

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
