My Issue
Hello. On February 20, I became a premium member of the family. However, when I looked at my credit card statement, I still saw that money was withdrawn for my previous premium student (university) membership. However, I'm still paying for my student membership while someone else is paying my family membership. I request a refund of the total amount withdrawn from my account as of 20 February. You can find the latest payment. Thanks.

It'll be a good idea to use this help page in order to determine if you have more than one account active.

If you do find another active account, it'll explain the extra charges you see.
