Still get charged even though i have moved to family account

My Question or Issue

 

I was subcribed to student account but my mum got family account and sent me the link but i am still being charged for student??

Did you accept the invitation you received per email? If you did, could you please log into your account on our website and let us know which type of subscription you can see on your account page?

Thanks for getting back in touch.

 

Just to confirm, was the invite to join the family plan sent on the same email your Premium account is registered with? 

 

If it is, make sure that you check your subscription status here. You can also try accepting the invite in an incognito or private window, if you haven't already.

 

If not, it's possible you have a second account that you accepted the invitation and joined the plan on. You can use this guide to find that second account.
