My Question or Issue
Hello.
Today my sister ask for me to look on our family plan because she has seing merchandising. When I log in, she is not on our plan and have a strange person on his place, someone I never have added.
This is not a first time, I try to change my passwords, but them still doing this.
Anyone who can help?

Then, reset your password once more.

Então, como eu acesso usando a conta do facebook, eu deveria trocar a senha do facebook? ou nos dois? (não tentei se é possível)...

Hola, yo tambien he tenido problemas con mi plan familiar, estaban dentro dos personas que no conozco y me siguen llegando correos de que mi direccion postal no es la misma a la que corresponde en el plan familiar, lo cual se me hace extraño si yo soy la titular de ese plan, y las demas personas de mi familia deben poner mi direccion. No se que debo hacer o que procedera con mi cuenta.

Sometimes the information once given to Spotify (regarding the users’ addresses) don’t match the ones they have. The data might be incorrect, incomplete or outdated, hence the removal of some users.
In this case I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.
There are a few ways to contact them.
Another great way is to reach Spotify via Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares.
When you message them, inform all the e-mail addresses on the plan.
