My Question or Issue

I signed up for the student discount several months ago (back in September 2018) and it said the discount was, and is currently still applied. However, I'm still being charged the full price monthly. How do I get the discount? And would they refund the money that I wasn't supposed to have been charged since the discount should have started?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Since you're currently the owner of a Premium for Family plan, you're being charged $14.99 every month - that's the correct amount 🙂

 

If you'd like to switch to Premium for Students, you can try clicking on the 'GET DISCOUNT' button.

 

After successfully upgrading, the members of your Premium for Family plan will be removed and your plan will change to regular Premium with the student discount.
