Submit not working for family plan

Submit not working for family plan

Hi I've tried to get the family plan to work but it the submit button won't work the payment is up to date and payed up but still nothing can anyone help

Hope you’re doing great!

 

Could you try this using another browser or incognito mode to see if that helps? If that doesn’t help, could you try using another device? 

 

If you’re still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
