Help. I subscribed premium. It run smoothly, just until now suddenly I'm no longer premium. Please fix this bug spotify. Thank you

Let's try following these steps to make sure you're using the correct account. If you have multiple Spotify accounts, you might be logging into the wrong one.

 

In case you only have one account and it's no longer part of the Family plan, this could've happened if the address you used didn't match the one used by the owner.

 

Since all family members must live in the same physical address, you won't be able to join the plan anymore, but you can still get Premium.
