Subscribed for Family Premium but can still only use 1 device at a time

Subscribed for Family Premium but can still only use 1 device at a time

I've just signed up for Family Premium and added 4 family members via their individual email addresses, however can still only access music one user at a time. Seems like nothing has changed.
Please advise.

Can you please make sure that each family member is logged into their own Spotify account?

Unable to unfortunately. On trying to set device password, a page comes up saying "Oh no! Something has gone wrong! But dont be sad.You can try aagain a bit later.

Been trying now for over 24 hours with no success:(

Can anyone help??

It has nothing to do with device passwords. Does each family member have their own Spotify account..?

 

If they don't have one, they'll have to sign up at https://spotify.com/signup.
