My Question or Issue
I recently lost my debit card which resulted in me having to renew my subscription. Unfortunately without thinking I rushed through the payment and paid for premium WITHOUT the family option. (Had the family one about a year now) i only did this yesterday, is there any way it can be reversed and pay the £14.99 instead or add on £5 so my family can use it too please?
