I'll need some more info. Can you tell me what's happening with your Spotify exactly? Are you part of a Premium for Family plan, or just an individual Premium subscription?

When I wen to my account it shows that I can not upgrade to a premium account. It’s shows all I have access to is a free services. Yes I am in a family shared plan. I am the only one who was kicked off and this is the second time that it has happen to me.

Are you able to upgrade to Premium here? If that doesn't help, then please send me a screenshot of what happens when you try to start Premium. Just be sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
