My Question or Issue

I have the family plan right now but I want to switch to the 99 cents for 3 months promotion. For some reason, the promotion doesn't show up for me. Do I need to cancel the family plan first?

The 3 months for $0.99 promotion is currently available for people who haven't tried Premium before.

Since you've used Premium for Family, you're ineligible for this Premium offer. I'd recommend checking out this support article for more info on Premium trials and other deals.
