Tengo plan familiar, se me cobró $99 y me exigen pago

Tengo plan familiar, se me cobró $99 y me exigen pago

Tengo contratado un plan familiar, en México son $149 pesos.

El cobro se hace automático a mi tarjeta, pero me aparece este mensaje en mi app, y me doy cuenta que en mi banco me refleja el pago de solo $99 pesos, mi saldo actualmente alcanza para pagar los $149 del plan, pero ya que me pide actualizar datos de pago vuelvo a seleccionar mi tarjeta y me intenta hacer el cobro de  los $149 y no una diferencia. No sé qué ocurre.

No worries if the payment has failed. We'll try a few more times over the next couple of days. Here's some tips on what to look for if you want to know why a payment isn't going through. If the payments fail and your account reverts back to Free, feel free to resubscribe on this page.
