The Impossible Task

I set up a premium for family account a few months ago, with up to 6 users. Now that 2 more of my 3 kids are old enough, I want to add them as users. I've been trying for days. It's consuming me. I can't find the key. I've tried ridiculous combinations of devices and work-arounds. Please, someone, anyone, help me.

Hey there hopperliv,

To increase the number of subaccounts in your plan, go to your account page.

Click Manage

Click Add Member.

Select the new family plan size that you’d like to upgrade to.

Note: You should see the new billing date and monthly price for the family plan size that you select, underneath.

Click Add Member.

I already have the plan set up for this: 

YOUR PLAN Premium for Family $14.99

Up to 6 accounts for people living in the same home.

Your plan will automatically renew on 12/1/17 and you'll be charged $14.99 + tax

When I try to add a family member, he gets the email, clicks the Accept Invitation button, and it opens up the Subscriptions and Payment page of my account, with no option to insert the code from the email. I'm stuck in that loop.
