Trying to Update Credit Card Info

Everytime I try to click update on the subscription page I get redirected to the family plan upgrade page. I login using facebook.

Instead I get redirected here. I've tried multiple browsers on different devices and incognito and nothing works.

That's odd. Do you have the same issue if you clear your browser's cache and cookies before updating your payment info?

If so, try cancelling your subscription first and then updating your payment info to see if it makes a difference.
