Hey @Big_mon76!

To add members to your Premium for Family plan over at https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/ under the Family section. You'll only be able to keep members on the plan who reside at the same address as you.

Regarding the explicit filter, that feature isn't available at the minute. Don't worry, you can show the idea some love over here: http://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Ideas/Explicit-button/idi-p/3869.
