Trying to get some one family who cant get in to email

I am trying to get my sister on my family plan but the email she has connected to her spotify she cant get into. Is there a different way to get her on it?

My suggestion is for your sister to make a new email for Spotify. She can do this by going to her account page and editing her profile and she can change her email without having to check it. This will make it easy for you to send the link to her. If you need more help creating a new email you can use this link to help you.
