Unable to accept the email invite

Hello!

 

Just upgraded to premium family and when i invite people via email they cant connect. When they press the accept invite button on the email they get sent to a long link but after about half a second it takes me to the account overview page. Ive tried using different devices but nothing seems to connect to the accept invite page. What should I do?

Hey,

 

i don't know if this is a 100% solution for your problem but you should keep in mind that Spotify's demands about the family accounts are more strict than before due to many scams. The information your family members are typing in have to be 1-1 the same you typed in, otherwise they won't be able to get their account working. If they didn't even get to the screen where they can enter your given information, did you check your internet connection? (I know it sounds stupid but sometimes there are simple reasons for errors)
