Plan is based in UK. However, we continue to move around and our banks etc are still in UK

any - facing problems using browser to do invitations etc

Happens on Windows, Linux, iOS, Android - not a device issue

 

My Question or Issue

Hi - I have had my family account for years. I added my wife when we were in the UK, no problem. Added my daughter when we moved over to the Middle East (not a permanent move), and recently been trying to invite my son, unsuccessfully. Spotify continues to tell us we don't live at the same address. 

 

Tried using VPN, incognito etc etc. Nothing seems to work.

 

Using Paypal from my UK account to make payments - how can I add my son to our account? Both kids live with us.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Spotify is aware of this issue and they're looking into it. In the meantime, I recommend adding a +VOTE to this Ongoing Issue and subscribing to the thread for updates. 

 

You can also try the troubleshooting steps provided there. 🙂
