Unable to join Family Premium

Unable to join Family Premium

I had a Premium account that will expire after a month so I joined a Family Premium Subscription in the middle of my current subscription. When my subscription ended this month, I wasn’t member of the family subscription anymore so I asked for another invitation and now I’m unable to join the family premium subscription. I was told that I had to reset my account. Is there any more solution for this? And if there’s not, can somebody help me reset my account?

Currently you can only join a Family Plan every 12 months from the date you first joined one. Here's some more info.

I'm afraid you will need to create a new account to join it again. Get started here.
