Unable to join Family plan

Hi, Im the owner of the family plan, when ever I was sending an invite to my family, at first they will able to accept and create their acount, but after some time their will be an e-mail confirmation sent to them that spotify can’t verify address, even if we are using and residing in the same address. Afterwhich they will be change to free account. After that I, as the owner, will send new Invites to them then after they accept the invitation and fill out the invitation request, there will be an error saying “You are unable to join this Family plan...” pls help. Thank you
