Unable to join Family...

I can't join Family plan, I filled all information correctly (especially same family adress, zip code and so on). And still not working. I don't understand what is wrong?

Please help me.

Can you try sending the invite using a different email address? 

 

If that doesn't work, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown.
