Unable to join Premium Family plan

Unable to join Premium Family plan

My Question or Issue

I am unable to join my roomates family plan. I get a message stating that I can switch family plan once every 12 months. But I am currently not on any active family plan and my previous attempt to join one was not approved as I was on a short term travel. Can someone help me out here?

I understand your concern. Unfortunately, since you have already attempted to join a Premium for Family plan, you won't be able to join another one unless those 12 months are over. You can learn more about this here.
