Unable to join Premium as a guest

Hi, I have a Premium account, I have been using one of the extra accounts for almost 2 years for mi wife and just a couple of days ago I invite my daughter but today all my guest accounts were desactivated and when trying to join them again I get an error saying they were unable to validate the home address or something like that

Hey @odracir18,

 

If you're the Family Admin, send by yourself the link generated through INVITE WITH LINK, instead of letting the system send the mail.

 
Let him accept the invite logged in with his own username in the app and in the website. He should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of him being left out.
