Unable to join a family account twice a year

Hi all!

I wanted to join a new family account, but after filling in my details I got the message 'You can only change Spotify Family once a year'. 

Someone else took the place in my 'old' family, so now I cannot use any family acount anymore. Can you help me how I can fix this? Because I would like my Premium back :)

Hey @1179544272,

 

You can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months.

 

There's, unfortunately, no way around this restriction.
