Unable to re-add family member to account

Has anyone been able to successfully re-add someone to a family subscription after they have been removed? My brother moved back in with us but put his old address in the account details. Resending the invite and putting the correct address in doesn't seem to work. We get an error that says unable to join family plan please check FAQs which are of no further help.

Hey there @Tommycx,

 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

 

Keep in mind that all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.

 

If we’re unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they will be removed from the plan, which would explain what happened here.

 

Just to confirm, did you give it another try inviting him to your plan, making sure your brother accepts it in an incognito or private window in their browser?
