Unable to sign up for a family account

I would like to convert my premium account into a a premium family account.  When ever I try and access the family regisration page it shows a Page cannot be found message.  Please advise.

Unfortunately, Premium for Family is not available in Israel.

As far as I know, Spotify doesn't have any immediate plans to launch Premium for Family in your country, but I'll make sure to pass your feedback onto Spotify.
