My Question or Issue

I keep getting prompt with a red notice thats says: "unable to add you to the Family Plan"; once I accept the invitation through the email sent by Spotify, complete the confirmation form and click on "send" botton. 

Appreciate the help and advice since I am not able to move fw with the invitation.

Hello there!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might be worth trying another device.
