Unable to verify my adress on Family premium

Hey there!

Last Week I received an e-mail from Spotify, asking me to verify my adress in order to check whether I live at the same place as my familymemebrs in ou Family Account.
I saw this mail when the 7-Day-Deadline was already been over and now I'm back to a free account. Any other tries to get me bac into the account didn't work. The message that tehy were unable to confirm my adress.

I already tried creating a new account but nothing works.

Could you please help me?

Same problem. I cant even find my registered address...

Seems this problem cannot be solved and happen everywhere. I will not join sportify if problem not solved. I will try others instead.

I have the same problem in Germany. Why is this thread being marked as solved? I don't see a solution yet.
