My Question or Issue

I have a Premium Family subscription, and I've been charged twice in a month since October (the payments are every 13th and 23rd). That was confirmed by my credit card company this morning. I need Spotify to reimburse the extra money. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Please confirm that my message was well received and when you will get through the process of reimbursement.

It'd be good for you to take a look at this support site article and follow the steps featured in the section More Help > Do you have more than one Premium account? to find and block the source of these unrecognized charges.

 

After doing this, feel free to get in touch with our folks in the Support team for further help regarding your refund request. You can do this by following the steps here in the section called Write to us
