Update Pre-Paid Premium to Family

Hello there!

I took the yearly Payment from December for my Premium-Account.

Now my Boyfriend asks me to share a family-account. But I cant find out how this will be charged ... 5 EUR per month? additional 14.99 EUR per month? I dont know.

Can you help me and tell what happens or even is possible in such a case?

Hey @haascore,

If you decide to switch to another Spotify paid-for subscription during the Offer Period, Spotify will apply a portion of what you paid for the Offer, based on the remaining months in the Offer Period, against the fees for the new Spotify paid subscription.

So i am only paying the difference between tze regular monthly premium and the regular monthly Family Price, because Premium is already payed for One Year?

Is there a official Statement from spotify about this, to  verify before ich buy anything?
