Upgraded to family

I upgraded my account from premium to family. The first payment at family has been taken but I’m struggling to use it.

im signed in on my phone and my daughter in hers but it won’t let us play simultaneously? She cuts me off or I cut her off

ant help would be great as no contact number to phone for support

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

 

It sounds like you and your daughter are accessing the same Spotify account. If so, it would explain why the music pauses when trying to use the app from a different device.

 

In this case, she'll need to make sure she's logging in with her own Spotify account on her phone. There's more info about this, as well as how you can invite her Spotify account to your plan, in this Spotify Answer.
